Key Position Functions:
Assist department Shop Supervisor in coordinating shipping activities and ensuring accurate record keeping for incoming and outgoing shipments

Provide leadership and training to shipper/receivers and ensure work is scheduled accordingly and completed in a safe and timely manner

Oversee incoming and outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments

Expedite orders and transfers as required

Structure, organize and maintain inventory within the designated area to ensure efficient, accurate picking and storage of materials

Coordinate and prioritize daily picking and shipping and receiving activities

Ensure all picking reports, inventory transfers and reconciliations are completed in a timely manner
