Reporting to the Store Manager, the Warranty Clerk is responsible for processing returns, warranties and transfers. The objective of this role is to improve returns and warranties processing times, accuracy, and completion rates in effort to remove non-moving product, ultimately allowing our stores to receive upgraded inventory & be first to market with the latest moving product.

Your main responsibilities :
Receive, inspect, and verify returns and warranties following the Company’s guidelines, within a defined time frame.

Managing and maintaining accurate records for outgoing shipments, transfers, and transactions.

Generating location spreadsheet, including changes in ST to consolidate returns in the inventory.
