Job Title:  Workstream Lead (SHOP) 
Job Type:  Contract 
IR35 Status:  Inside IR35

Hybrid/Remote Working:  Hybrid (working on site 3 days per week) 
Hours of work:  40 hours per week 
We are seeking an experienced Workstream Lead to oversee the delivery of multiple high‑profile projects within a major strategic programme. Reporting to the Head of Strategic Projects, you will lead project teams, manage budgets, resources, risks, and schedules, and ensure delivery is aligned with project governance, compliance, and quality standards. You will be responsible for driving performance, coordinating stakeholders, managing change control, and supporting continuous improvement across the workstream.
