Shopfitting Estimator

Estimator Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 DOE Join a well-established shopfitting and bespoke joinery contractor delivering high-quality retail, hospitality and commercial fit-out projects across the UK. The Role They are looking for an Estimator to join the team, taking responsibility for pricing and tendering a range of joinery shopfitting & interior fit out projects from enquiry through to submission. Responsibilities Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documentation. Producing detailed cost estimates and tender submissions. Preparing take-offs and bills of quantities. Obtaining and analysing supplier and subcontractor quotations. Pricing bespoke joinery, manufacturing and fit-out packages. Identifying value engineering opportunities where appropriate.
