We're looking for a Web Operations Manager to join us in Madrid. Belari is a Spanish-born, digital-native bathroom brand founded in 2025 to reclaim the bathroom as a space of design, personality and style. Backed by a strong and experienced investor, our ambition is to become the leading European bathroom brand — the Kave Home or Sklum of bathrooms.

We're currently a team of 6 people — small, senior, ambitious and fast-moving. Everything you do will have a direct and visible impact on the brand from day one.

Own Belari’s Shopify backend and become the engine behind our catalogue, content and website operations as we scale across Europe.

You’ll turn complex workflows into scalable systems: structuring products, managing translations, building automations and keeping the entire Shopify ecosystem running with precision and speed.
