Shore Excursions Fleet Lead - Onboard Revenue & Training

MSC Cruises is seeking a Shore Excursions Fleet Supervisor in Genf, Switzerland. You will oversee all aspects of Shore Excursions on board the MSC Fleet and drive sales by coaching teams on profit growth and customer service.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of experience as an onboard Shorex Manager, fluent English, and strong analytical skills. This position involves a crew contract with extended travel periods.
