Shutdown Supervisor

Job Description The successful candidate will work closely with the client, engineering teams, and contractors to plan and deliver biannual shutdowns, manage documentation and assurance reporting, and supervise teams in line with ISS policies, procedures, and QHSE standards. Key Responsibilities Plan and organise PPM shutdown periods for containment buildings using the FM CAFM system Liaise with the client to confirm maintenance windows and compliance requirements Coordinate PPM, reactive, remedial, and project works into structured shutdown plans Supervise and manage shutdown teams and contractors in line with ISS policies Chair stakeholder and client meetings from 90 days pre-shutdown through to completion Ensure full statutory, H&S, COSHH, and operational compliance in line with contract KPIs Quality-assure contractor reports and compile documentation for HSE audit assurance Maintain accurate records, reports, diaries, and data within CAFM systems and spreadsheets Professional and P...
