Widener University is currently seeking a Part-Time Shuttle Bus Driver on our Chester campus. This role reports to the Assistant Director of Transportation and provides support to all faculty, students and staff across campus. The schedule for this role is part-time with some partial first and/or second shifts, Monday – Friday & possible weekends. Please note hours may vary.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (including, but not limited to):


Essential duties:

  • Provide safe and professional shuttle service to the campus community and surrounding local areas

  • Ability to operate 14 passenger vehicles

  • Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle safety inspections

  • Maintain interior and exterior of vehicle to ensure safety and cleanliness, including daily sanitizing of common touch points throughout vehicle & a weekly thorough cleaning throughout flooring and seating areas
