General Description

The Seasonal Shuttle & Parking Supervisor is responsible for the day‑to‑day supervision and support of the Shuttle and Parking teams at Capilano Suspension Bridge Park during the busy summer season. This role works alongside frontline team members to ensure the safe, efficient, and welcoming arrival and departure experience for all guests. The Seasonal Shuttle & Parking Supervisor provides operational leadership in the parking lots, bus areas, front entrance, and luggage service areas. They support guest service excellence by coordinating daily activities, responding to operational challenges, assisting guests, and maintaining effective communication with shuttle providers, tour operators, drivers, and internal departments.
