Duties and Responsibilities Design, develop, and customize Siebel applications, including workflows, business services, and user interfaces to enhance system functionality. Integrate Siebel CRM with other enterprise applications, using Siebel tools like EAl (Enterprise Application Integration), Web Services, and other integration methods. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and document system specifications. Conduct user training and prepare user documentation to ensure effective adoption and efficient use of Siebel CRM across the organization.
