Primary Purpose


The Simulation Operations Specialist supports simulation-based education at the Clinical Learning Resource Centre (CLRC), utilizing advanced technologies such as human patient simulators, audiovisual systems, and multimedia tools. This role fosters innovation in simulation and contributes to the development of immersive learning experiences for health sciences students.


Nature of Work


Reporting to the Manager of the CLRC, the Simulation Operations (SO) Specialist collaborates with faculty, staff, and simulation team members to ensure the effective operation of simulation suites. Key responsibilities include equipment setup and maintenance, scenario programming, technical support, and active participation in simulation sessions.
