The Simulation Specialist/Engineer at RTDS Technologies Inc. will join the Simulation & Model Development team and participate in the development of complex models, including power system library components and simulation tools, testing, analysis, and support of a complex or specialized area. The role collaborates with and supports the development team on a continuous basis.
Technical Development
- Development of complex models, including power system library components and simulation tools, testing, analysis, and support of a complex or specialized area.
- Development, evaluation, analysis and implementation of mathematical control algorithms coded into RTDS software to solve complex power systems, power electronics or FPGA simulation cases.
- Significant coding work using programming languages C, C++, Java, Python, etc....
