BG Global is recruiting for a reputed industrial organization with a strong legacy in recycling and a growing presence in corrugated packaging production in Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates. The Single Facer Operator will manage board production at the single facer stage.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor BHS Single Facer machine
- Set up machine parameters based on production requirements
- Control flute formation glue application temperature and pressure settings
- Monitor board quality and ensure adherence to specifications
- Identify and resolve minor operational issues
- Coordinate with wet end and dry end teams for smooth workflow
- Perform routine checks and basic preventive maintenance
- Maintain safety housekeeping and production records
