The SIS Plant Lead will guide the plant in an operational shift toward SIS as a
way of running the business. The SIS Plant Lead will work directly with the
Plant Manager to identify gaps in plant structure, KAI's and KPI's that impede
SIS. The SIS Plant Lead will also drive managerial pillar aspects into Technical
Pillars, generate reports as required, take on various other assignments as
needed; and lead SPW audit readiness and shop floor reviews. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree required * Ability to work any shift and overtime as required * Demonstrated ability to coach/mentor employee team members * Proficient skills in all MS Office Products (i.e. Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.) Preferred Qualifications: * Advanced degree preferred 8 years related manufacturing experience in a manufacturing/automotive environment, preferably in vehicle assembly Stellantis Industrial System (SIS) and/or Lean/WCM * Manufacturing knowledge and expe...
