About you

Education and/or Experience
Required
3+ years of technical experience, preferably in melt shop operations or refractory ceramics.

Demonstrated ability to learn and apply inventory control processes and standards.

Experience working in heavy industrial settings with strong adherence to safety practices

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of customers and cross-functional teams

Self‑starter who works independently while contributing to team objectives.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP/CRM systems
Preferred
Leadership or team coordination experience

Experience in melt shop operations, steel manufacturing, or refractory ceramics

SAP experience or familiarity with similar enterprise systems
