Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise construction site activities.
- Liaise with main contractors, subcontractors, consultants and supplies.
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance.
- Assist in planning work schedules and sequencing of site activities.
- Attend site meetings, prepare minutes and follow up site issue.
- Maintain proper documentation including daily reports, drawings and site records.
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction site coordinator.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical details.
