About the Role

We are looking for a Site Engineer to join our service team in Dagenham, responsible for the repair and preventative maintenance of materials handling and ancillary equipment. This is a varied, customer-facing role where you'll be a key technical representative on site, ensuring equipment reliability and excellent service delivery. 
You'll also support the Area Service Manager, acting as a first point of contact for defined support activities within the service team and helping to maintain strong customer relationships.

Carry out preventative maintenance on materials handling and ancillary equipment
Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently and safely
Accurately complete service reports and timesheets
