Responsibilities
- Attend site visit with the client for quotation
- Prepare cost analysis based on drawings, design, materials and manpower requirements
- Reply quotation requested emails from the clients & arrange site visit if required
- Negotiation with the client for quotation on price and quantity according to the specifications and drawings
- Prepare and submit progressive claims and variation orders
- Submit material samples, technical specifications, safety documents including RA & required documents for Client's approval
- Liaise and coordinate with the clients, subcontractor, supervisors and general workforce to meet the schedule
- Monitoring site progress and quality control
- Manage and control workers and monitor the workers closely to keep site safer and neat
