Site Engineer Section head - Mechanical

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all on-site mechanical construction activities
• Manage and coordinate mechanical engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and site teams
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and other disciplines to resolve technical and site-related issues
• Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals
• Ensure proper planning and allocation of manpower, materials, and equipment
• Enforce HSE regulations and maintain a safe working environment
• Prepare progress reports and provide regular updates to project management

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in mechanical construction works, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role
