Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate daily plastering, screeding, and tiling activities at construction sites.
- Ensure all plastering and tiling works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor workmanship quality and conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with project standards.
- Plan and coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to achieve project targets.
- Prepare site reports, work progress updates, and documentation for project management.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site personnel to resolve technical and site-related issues.
- Ensure workplace safety requirements are implemented and complied with in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
- Conduct material inspections, quality checks, and defect rectification works to ensure successful project completion.
