Site Financial Controller

What You Will DoResponsible for leading all financial activities of the site, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls and compliance with corporate policies and Mexican Tax IMMEX regulations.The role partners with operations to drive cost efficiency, support decision‐making and ensure financial discipline and compliance of the manufacturing (maquiladora) environment.Oversee accounting records, monthly close, statutory reporting and financial reporting accuracy.Ensure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, SOX, Mexican tax regulations, IMMEX, ISR, VAT, transfer pricing, IMSS and local statutory requirements.Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and financial planning.Manage cost accounting, inventory controls, fixed assets, standard costing processes, payroll and cost.Supervise treasury, accounts payable, payroll, tax and internal controls.Lead internal, external, statutory and tax audits, ensuring timely completion and compliance.Develop, implement and commu...
