- Manage and oversee all security operations at the assigned site.
- Ensure full compliance with PSIRA regulations, company policies, and client requirements.
- Supervise and manage security personnel, including shift planning, discipline, performance management, and training.
- Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Ensure proper access control, patrol procedures, and loss prevention measures are maintained.
- Compile daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Maintain professional client relations and attend operational meetings when required.
