Site Manager EWI

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join our Planned Maintenance team, delivering a social housing decarbonisation programme focused on External Wall Insulation (EWI) across low‑rise residential blocks . Working closely with one of our valued social housing partners, you will take full responsibility for the safe, efficient, and high‑quality delivery of works on site. This is a key role where your technical expertise and site leadership will ensure projects are delivered to programme, budget, and the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day‑to‑day delivery of EWI and associated planned works on occupied social housing schemes
• Lead site teams, including operatives, subcontractors, and suppliers
