Swindon Area - Up to £50,000 + Package
We are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee Passive Fire Protection projects across the Swindon area.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day site operations on fire stopping, fire door, and compartmentation projects.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
Ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to specification.
Carry out site inspections, quality checks, and audits.
Maintain site documentation, reports, RAMS, and compliance records.
Liaise with clients, residents, and stakeholders on occupied properties.
Enforce health & safety standards across site activities.
Requirements
Proven Site Manager experience within Passive Fire Protection.
