Site Manager

We are looking to appoint four Site Managers to support the delivery of ancillary buildings on the HMP Welland Oaks project . This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a major, high‑profile scheme within a secure environment, contributing to the successful delivery of key supporting infrastructure.

You’ll take responsibility for specific work packages, ensuring safe, efficient and high‑quality delivery on site, while working closely with the wider project team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing day‑to‑day site operations for designated work areas or packages
• Coordinating subcontractors and trades to meet programme and quality requirements
• Ensuring health, safety and environmental standards are consistently met and promoted
