Location: Manchester (North West Based)
Salary: Up to £45,000 dependent on experience

Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join their team.
The Role
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing commercial refurbishment and maintenance projects from start to finish, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard.
Projects typically include:
Office refurbishments
Industrial unit upgrades
Commercial maintenance schemes
Structural alterations including shuttering and concrete works
Cladding and external envelop...
