Site Manager

Wates Property Services (WPS) are looking for an experienced Kitchen & Bathroom Project Manager to join our Planned Maintenance team on a 6‑month fixed term contract .

You will be responsible for managing the delivery of social housing kitchen and bathroom replacement programmes , ensuring works are completed safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard, while delivering an excellent service to residents and clients.

This is an ideal opportunity for a strong Project Manager with planned maintenance or decent homes experience to support a busy and high‑profile programme across the Northampton area .

Key responsibilities

• Manage and deliver kitchen and bathroom replacement programmes within occupied social housing homes
