About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager / Topside Manager to represent the Client / Owner at a fabrication yard responsible for the construction of an offshore substation topside .

This is a senior on-site leadership role , focused on supervising contractors, ensuring safe execution, high quality, and on-time delivery of fabrication and assembly activities in a complex offshore environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Owner’s Representative at the fabrication yard and primary interface with contractors
• Supervise all fabrication and assembly activities to ensure compliance with:
  • approved schedules
  • technical specifications
  • quality standards
  • HSE requirements
• Monitor contractor resources versus actual progress ...
