The suitable candidate’s main responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to, the following: Manage and oversee all securityoperations at the assigned site. Ensure full compliance with PSIRA regulations, company policies, and client requirements. Supervise and manage securitypersonnel, including shift planning, discipline, performance management, and training. Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations. Ensure proper access control, patrol procedures, and loss prevention measures are maintained. Compile daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. Maintain professional client relations and attend operational meetings when required. Ensure all security equipment, registers, occurrence books, and compliance documentation are correctly maintained. Manage emergency situations and coordinate responses effectively.
