Position: Site Operations LeaderJob Location: MonterreyReports to: Director Manufacturing MonterreyLocation: Planta Escobedo (NL)**Summary**:The Hershey Monterrey plant is a union plant producing a variety of Hershey products (such as: Reese, Miniatures, York, Kisses & Nuggets, as well as bars) in a high-speed complex environment.Along with finished products, the Monterrey Plant has several other sub-processes as Peanut Butter Making, Nuts roasting, and others to support production.The Site Operations Leader reports directly to the Plant Manager, serves as a member of the Plant Leadership Team, and is responsible for providing production leadership in assigned area(s).
