Site Preparation Officer Belgium
Key responsibilities:
Participate in internal project meetings (kick-off & follow-up meetings);
In collaboration with the Project Managers and the Safety Advisor, draw up work procedures for the various project sites including health & safety documents setup;
Manage and identify manpower needs for site works and maintain the planning up to date;
Establish the site planning and follow-up according to the workload;
Identify and specify needs of site services (equipment & machinery);
Contact various authorities to obtain the necessary work authorisations and site accesses;
Work closely with the Project Managers to ensure that the work instructions are correctly and completely transmitted;
Follow up and support proactively on construction sites by working closely with site supervisors;
