Job Description
The Site Manager will lead and manage all on-site activities for a Seawater Reverse Osmosis (SWRO) desalination project based in Fujairah, UAE. The role is responsible for ensuring successful execution of construction, installation, and commissioning works in compliance with project specifications, timelines, budget, and quality standards. The Site Manager will act as the key interface between the project team, contractors, and client representatives while maintaining the highest standards of safety and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations for the SWRO desalination project.
- Coordinate and supervise civil, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation works.
- Ensure project execution aligns with approved schedules, budgets, and contractual requirements.
- Oversee installation of SWRO systems including intake/outfall, pretreatment, RO units, and post-treatment systems.
