Responsibilities
- Own platform reliability across global UC infrastructure, driving incident response and preventing failures before they occur.
- Triage and resolve complex issues such as service restarts, hung processes, and infrastructure failures, and act as an escalation point for the NOC during frontline limits.
- Execute routine maintenance tasks, including certificate renewals and log rotation, to proactively avoid downtime.
