Site Security Facilitator (Área metropolitana de Barranquilla) (Colombia)

As the Site Security Facilitator (SSF), you will serve as the onsite subject matter expert responsible for the integration of personnel, technology, and processes to mitigate risk.

Key Responsibilities

• Access Control & Identity Management:
  • Administer the site's electronic access control systems to ensure only authorized personnel have access to specific security zones.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of security credentials, including Day 1 activations and immediate revocation of access for separations or contract terminations.
  • Conduct regular audits of physical access logs, visitor management systems, and key control protocols to ensure zero-gap compliance.
• Surveillance & Technical Security Systems:
