Job Description
To liaise with the project team and sub-contractors with regards to trends and forecasting of a project's progress.
Administrative Responsibilities
Continuous analysis of project activities and project 'S' curves against plan.
Circulate alert reports, effects and recommendations to the Project Manager.
Produce and issue monthly planning report (project report) to Project Manager
Maintenance of project planning records for filing and archiving.
Technical Responsibility
Provide input into project strategy from planning and progress measurement aspect.
Compile and issue front end schedule by date to be agreed with Project Manager, utilising input from all disciplines.
Establish and issue key dates schedule by date to be agreed with Project Manager.
Prepare project network by date to be agreed with Project Manager.
