Job Description
The Site Services Supervisor ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of site services across customer projects. The role focuses on day-to-day site support, technical guidance, and service consistency, while acting as a trusted on-site advisor for customers and a mentor for site teams during complex or critical project phases.
Key Responsibilities
Site Operations & Technical Support
Supervise day-to-day on-site support delivered by Site Services / Scaffolding Instructors.
Ensure consistent service quality and strict adherence to AT‑PAC safety standards.
Provide hands-on technical support for complex or non-standard access and scaffolding solutions.
Support troubleshooting on active sites to protect safety, schedule, and productivity.
