Job Title:  Independent Site Operation Manager  
 Location:  Gurugram

Job Responsibilities  
New Product Launch Strategy & Implementation 
Launch Schedule Control : Develop exclusive launch strategies for new products on the independent site (including pre-sales, early access, limited editions, etc.) according to the brand marketing calendar, and collaborate with the content team to create landing pages. 
Conversion Rate Optimization:  Structurally plan new product detail pages, and use A/B testing to optimize page layout, selling point copy, and CTA buttons to ensure efficient conversion of incoming traffic.
