- The Site Supervisor will manage Eaton’s on-site operations for large-scale data center construction in Helsinki and across EMEA, overseeing activities from site preparation through testing and commissioning.
- They will represent the Project Manager on site, coordinate Eaton teams and subcontractors, ensure EHS and quality compliance, and monitor progress and risks.
- This is a permanent role based in Helsinki that requires about 50% travel across the EMEA region and willingness to work a rotational international model (6/1).
- Candidates should have 3–5 years' installation and commissioning experience in electrical works, knowledge of health, safety and quality systems, ability to read technical drawings, MS Office/Project proficiency, and fluent English.
