Site Supervisor - LDAR

Description

This job manages the operations of a project site's LDAR program, including prioritizing and addressing work assignments, providing leadership, direction and guidance to direct reports, addressing personnel and staffing issues, preparing and distributing operational and regulatory reports, and ensuring the completion of all required by Federal, State and/or local fugitive air emission regulations. Must possess an understanding of AEM's Standard Operating Procedures, Health & Safety Mgmt System and ensure project operations are consistently adhering to these procedures. This role meets with the project site's LDAR reps to ensure results are achieved, work efforts are aligned with the needs of the program and resources are adequately deployed to ensure compliance with applicable regulations. Pay will be starting at $28.00, based on experience. This position will be located in Midland/ Odessa, Texas.
