Site Supervisor

We are looking for a hands-on Site Supervisor (Archi/Structural) to oversee daily site operations, manage crews and subcontractors, ensure quality and safety compliance, monitor progress and materials, keep site records, and liaise with site team. Responsibilities Co-ordinate with supplier, sub-con and to ensure the architectural/structural workmanship standards and progress. Monitor progress against programme and report delays; implement corrective actions. Supervise a team of NTS and PRC workers. Supervise day-to-day site operations and enforce site rules. Manage site logistics and material deliveries to minimise downtime. Monitor on site progress against programme and report delays; implement corrective actions.
