Job Summary
Assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer in daily site operations by supervising sub-contractors and workers, ensuring installation follows construction drawings, monitoring work progress and quality, and maintaining compliance with project requirements.
Responsibilities- Assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer in executing daily work activities on site
- Supervise sub-contractors and in-house workers to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Collaborate with site operations staff to meet project schedules and deadlines
- Verify that installations conform to construction drawings and specifications
- Monitor work progress and quality to maintain acceptable workmanship standards
- Conduct daily tool-box meetings and communicate clear instructions to the team
