About the company 
Design and Build are recruiting for site supervisors on behalf of a volume home builder located in Point Cook.

Our clients are looking for a supervisor who has a minimum 3 years of local residential construction supervision experience. 

About the role 
- Sites in the West.
- Supervising detached housing projects.
- Looking after between 10-15x sites within close range of each other.

Skills & experience 
- Minimum of 3 years experience in site supervising.
-  Ability to read and interpret plans.
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients and trades.
