Your typical day could start with preparing and delivering engaging lessons to apprentices in the classroom, online or out in the workplace, helping them build practical skills across multi-trade disciplines. You might then be supporting learners 1-2-1, reviewing progress against their individual learning plans, before working on curriculum development or preparing learners for End Point Assessment (EPA).
As a Skills Trainer, you’ll be responsible for designing, delivering and supporting high-quality training that enables apprentices to succeed and progress in their careers.
