We at Coforge are hiring for SmartCOMM Developer to design, develop, and support customer communication templates and solutions using the Smart Communications (SmartCOMM) platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in document composition, template development, and integration with enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain SmartCOMM templates for customer communications (letters, emails, SMS, PDFs).
- Configure and implement data mapping, business rules, and document workflows within SmartCOMM.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, BA/PO, and design teams to understand communication requirements.
