Client Executive

As a key member of our regional team, you’ll play an important role in delivering excellent service to existing and new clients across the allocated portfolio. You’ll work collaboratively across the business, to ensure a seamless, positive client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end client journey, working closely with Claims teams and Aon Business Services (ABS) colleagues to ensure smooth, timely support.
  • Take ownership of a small portfolio of SME clients requiring standard product sets, and contribute to client planning alongside Client Directors/Managers.
  • Lead renewal and mid-term discussions, ensuring advice is timely, accurate, and aligned with client needs.
  • Optimise systems and processes to drive efficiency, scalability, compliance, and a strong colleague and client experience.
