Responsibilities
- Lead improvements in process yield, quality, cycle time, inventory accuracy and delivery
- Work with external suppliers to install, troubleshoot, and maintain SMT equipment
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure project deadlines are met and operations team is aligned with project timelines and engineering goals
- Develop process and equipment documentation and train personnel on new processes, materials, and equipment
- Develop and perform complex designed Experiment (DOE) and capability studies, develop process specifications, and design and procure process tooling
- Perform root cause corrective action analysis, process capability studies and implement process controls to ensure process performance requirements are met and sustained
