Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE), Electrical Engineering (EE), Mechanical Engineering (ME), Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.
- Strong understanding of IPC standards (e.g., IPC-A-610), electronic components, and SMT assembly processes.
- 1–3 years of experience in SMT process control, PCB assembly (PCBA) manufacturing, or semiconductor quality assurance.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
