SMT Supervisor | MTC

Job Responsibilities

1. Coordinate SMT workshop production schedules, efficiently allocate personnel and equipment.
2. Monitor production line operations, optimize processes to enhance yield and efficiency.
3. Lead daily equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
4. Implement quality control standards, address production anomalies, and develop improvement plans.
5. Organize employee skill training, enforce workshop safety protocols and 5S management standards.

Qualifications

1. College degree or higher in Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of SMT workshop management experience with proficiency in SMT equipment operation (e.g., pick-and-place machines).
3. Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and demonstrated capability in cost and quality control.
4. Strong communication and coordination skills with ability to handle moderate work pressure.
