Responsibilities- Drive alignment and standardization across fabs on Best-Know-Methods (BKMs)
- Develop metrics to measure standardization, sustainability, scalability, and synchronization of the BKMs
- Identify gaps in current programs and use SMART metrics to drive effectiveness and efficiency on program deliverables
- Transform yield SEAL and SWATs to achieve FECOS missions, improving network resource/talent leverage
- Implement organizational change management methods and tools to increase adoption speed and capture ROI
- Use judgment and adapt to encourage and persuade others to adopt needed changes for successful implementation
- Constantly drive productivity and eliminate inefficiency through automation and AI solutions
