CPL Healthcare are delighted to partner with our client in the recruitment of Social Care Workers for a new children’s residential service supporting children under 12 years of age in Tipperary.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a new and developing organisation focused on delivering safe, nurturing, and child-centred care in a therapeutic residential setting. The successful candidates will support children with their daily routines, emotional wellbeing, development, and social needs while promoting positive outcomes in a caring and supportive environment.

Requirements:

Minimum Level 7 qualification in Social Care or relevant discipline
Early Years graduates are also encouraged to apply
Full clean driver’s licence preferred.
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of the National Standards for Children's Residential Services
